Three BC Teams to Compete in CUNYAC Championships

Men’s Soccer vs. Hunter College

CUNYAC Championships First Round

Brooklyn College Field – Brooklyn, NY

After a slow start to a season that featured only one win and a fivematch losing streak, the third-seeded BC men’s soccer team bounced back to win its six of its last seven matches to finish with a 8-7-2 (6-2 in conference) record, and will host sixth-seeded Hunter College in the first round of the CUNYAC Championships.

Women’s Cross Country CUNYAC Championships Meet

Van Cortland Park – Bronx, NY

The BC women’s cross country team started off the season strong, finishing second place at the Baruch College Invitational. Although it struggled at the next two meets, a sixth and seventh place finish at the College of Staten Island Invitational and Piedmont College Invitational, respectively, puts the team in good position for this Friday’s CUNYAC Championship Meet.

Men’s Cross Country CUNYAC Championships Meet

Van Cortland Park – Bronx, NY

The BC men’s cross country team has also had its inconsistencies during the season. After finishing seventh place at the Baruch College Invitational to start the season, it struggled at the next two meets, finishing 23rd and 19th. The team hopes to bounce back and make a statement at the CUNYAC Championship Meet on Friday.

Women’s Tennis vs. Baruch College

CUNYAC Championships Semifinal

US National Tennis Center – Flushing, NY

The second-seeded BC women’s tennis team has been consistent all season, and finished off the regular season strong with a 9-0 blowout of St. Joseph’s College – Brooklyn. The team will face off against third-seeded Baruch College in the CUNYAC Championships semifinal match.
